Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of gourmet food products and strict health and hygiene standards, Zonutt Naturals does not accept standard returns on items once delivered. However, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are fully committed to making it right.
Damages & Wrong Deliveries
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to report: Send an email to operations@zonutt.com with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the damaged package or product.
Resolution: Our operations team will review the issue and automatically arrange a free replacement drop or initiate a refund within 24–48 hours of approval.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no extra cost before it leaves our facility.
Timeline: Cancellation requests are accepted only until the order status moves to "Dispatched."
Once the order is handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
Refunds Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved by our support desk due to damaged or unfulfilled drops, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Cards, or NetBanking).
The credited amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
If you do not receive your approved refund within 10 business days, please flag it immediately at operations@zonutt.com.
